8. A student can do many social activities.

Tea
1. Tea is a kind of plant.
2. It mainly grows in China, India, Japan, Indonesia and Sri Lanka.
3. It also grows in plenty in our country.
4. It grows on the slope(Xvj) of hills or hilly regions(AÂj).
5. It needs excessive(AwZwi³) rain water.
6. Tea seeds are sown in the rainy season.
7. The tea plant grows twenty to thirty feet high but they are pruned(QuvUvB Kiv)
regularly and allowed to grow three to four feet high in the garden.
8. There are four crops in a year.
9. Tea leaves are harvested(dmj KvUv) by hand or machine.
10. The first plucking(‡Zvjv) gives the best tea and the rest give tea of inferior(wbK…ó)
quality.
11. After harvesting, different types of tea are produced(Drcv`b), including white, green
and black.
12. Tea has a great health benefit(mydj).
